i see people alredy registered their game on the forums, but i still do not see where to get the CD key to register (do not want to miss the pre order logo) and i do not see if it is alredy in download or not ...

Some people already got their key due to a steam mistake.

You will get your key on release tommorow, don't worry the forum will know you did a pre order.

well the release is at 13/8 wich is only 3.5 hours a head (and even is alredy on going in some part of the world)... or am i mistaken?

Its 8/13 but later in the day, not at midnight. There's still around 24 hrs to go til release I think.
