How to register my game when steam does not show the key?

I bought cities skylines but it doesn't show up on my computer anywhere and I bought it off the website

Even though deus vult is included in the complete edition? What a scam; I only bought it because of that icon. Of well it was only 2€ or something like that.
(It then actually is fake advertisement and thereby probably illegal under EU law, so PI might want to specify the description of Crusader Kings Complete in Steam.)

That would also explain why there is no key to the complete edition, as deus vult is the only part of CK which has an icon.

Since you cannot register the Base game, there is no way to register complete.
Only the stand alone version of the Expansion has a key.

How is it false advertising if we do not state there is a medal if you buy the package.
How it works is by Sku, and the collection has a different sku than the standalone.
Package is based on the base game which has no medal.

Actually pretty clearly established that forum access in any form is not being purchased by purchasing a game, so access to a medal on that forum is not being purchased or guaranteed either. ie on the Dues Vault page it does not say that one of things included is a forum medal.
So legally not an issue, PR wise which in cases like this is really much more important is another thing. I Agree They probably should provide you a Deus Vault key if you buy the Complete edition.
