How to register games ?

Hello,
I've created an account on paradox forums because i'm having issues with stellaris. Look's like i must register my copy of stellaris to access to help/support forum but i don't know how. I've created an account, linked it to my Steam account and... what's next step ?

EDIT : I've of course try to follow this guide :

But as you can see on screenshot i don't even found the first menu "settings"

Yup tanks for your reply ! Iwas looking for the sync button in my paradox account but it's in the forum account. English is not my native language so i didn't proper understood the first time i read it !
