How to raise an army as DK?

DK (in the GC) has a MaxManpower (M&M ) of the huge number 2!
How do I raise an army, when I need 10 manpower to build the smallest unit?
I know I can mobilize, but I want more, MORE!!

You can mobilize your reserve troops - cheap solders but with less quality
