How to prevent AI from declaring war ?

Hi guys,

I am playing an Italy game. It is June 1940 and Germany is taking over France. I will join Germany soon but Soviets keep declaring war on Germany immediately after annexing Estonia. I tried reloading several times and Soviets always declare war. I checked save file and M-R Pact was historical. I want to prevent this and need advice about what to do ?

Is this in vanilla 1.04 game? It's not normal to happen, so probably something went wrong in events.

I have NWO mod installed too but that mod doesn't modify WW2 events or AI. Any ideas about what could cause it ? I am looking at save game and M-R Pact is historical and everything went historical so far. Soviets annexed Baltic States with DOWin, is that normal ?

As I said it's not normal. I could take a look at the save if you upload somewhere.

we are having some unexpected dow ramdomized in TGC, the most of them on aar and early events of ww2, this strarted with 1.04 patch.
