How to post pictures?

I know this is a frequently asked question, but how do you do it? I've taken the screenshots, and I've tried to convert the pictures to jpegs, but that makes it (for some reason) impossible to upload on photobucket.

Maybe I'm entirely on the wrong track, but please tell me how you do it!

go on to imageshack.us and click on "Browse", then go and find your picture, select it and click on "Start Upload". Once it uploads it copy the link that says "Direct Link To Image" next to it and come back to the forum, click on the "Insert Image" button above where you write your text (it's a picture with a mountain in it) and just paste the code you copied on imageshack into there and you're done!

I don't think so, but membership is free and even when you are a member you won't get spammed or anything by them.

Also none-member pictures will be deleted after a while,
