How to Play More All AXIS ?

I know you can swap countries by log out then change flag log back in but are there any mods or scenario files where you can, say , play germany and italy together. May be if the countries are merged using the scenario editor . Anybody seen anything available like this?

it can be done if you assume military control..but there is a flaw in that,you can command your Italian troops to go to x-place but you will never get any notice if they are engaged in combat or someone is attacking your Italian forces...hope this is fixed in 1.,04.
