Germany seems ripe for the picking, they are completely unprepared for an attack from the south.

Yugoslavia really is fun to play with! The only bad thing about it is, (atleast in vanilla Hoi:II) that when you DoW ANY (exept Albania, maybe) of the nations you border, Germany, France, UK, or USSR will DoW you...

That is a big mess, however, Yugoslavia will come out with some major gains I hope.
As for a navy, it would indeed take a while. The first thing is to somehow get some blueprints. However, with the world aflame allready that idea is going to be tough to put into action.

The Conquest of Germany and the Brotherhood of All Slavs
The Yugoslav cabinet understood that Germany was on the brink of collapse therefore it was very important to strike as fast as possible!
Because the Bulgarians had switched side and now fought against Germany we sent only 4 divisions to secure the border against Greece. We tolled over ambassador in Moscow to tell Stalin that over 200 000 Yugoslav troops will cross the border into Germany* Stalin was very pleased with this news so he gave us a very flavourful trade deal.
This helped in great deal to exhilarate the speed for our intervention.
At the 28th of January 1937 Yugoslav troops crossed the border into Germany, this was a gamble but the Germans were as unprepared as the Italians were.
A week after our intervention I sent Foreign minister over to Moscow to ask if Yugoslavia could join the Soviet alliance, Stalin told him that this was an excellent idea and for the first time in history all Slavs would be united!

The Germans were flushed away by the combined Yugo-Soviet forces
And on the 15 of April Germany was no more.
Yugoslavia had captured a total of 51 industry complexes in Germany when they are rebuild they will be put into good use.
Now the focus has switched to Greece and Turkey.
