I was looking around the game and saw a lot of information for Venice as a port. It looks like the idea was scrapped at some point in time. How do I go in and make this a playable port similar to London? I read the modding instructions for adding a port but it didn't quite work. When I was modding the game I was able to make Bremen a playable port though. Any thoughts?
