So I'm playing with a mod and I found out how to add custom characters to it in the files, and looking at some of the current characters in the mod, I can see some have birth dates set in a later year;

I tried looking in the wiki and googling but found no answers (I also tried historical = yes but doesn't do anything).

However the custom character isn't born! How do I make sure that the custom character is born at the specific date?

This is my character \/
5820={
name=Vaith
dynasty=410
female=yes
dna="clkmffadoga"
culture=human religion=carothian
martial=5 diplomacy=8 stewardship=3 intrigue=6 learning=10
add_trait=proud
father=5816 #Francis
mother=5817 #Bella
591.4.16={ birth=yes }
679.9.28={ death=yes }
}

And can I make it so that the parents can't have any kids besides that custom character?

Thank you for reading.

The birth dates are just there for the different bookmarks, if you try playing before someone is born they'll never be born in the way you're thinking. You need to either set their birth date to before the start date you're playing on or move your start date forward.

Or, of course, if you still want to make that character be born on specific date(and I mean when the start date is before that), then you need to make mother & father, give them something to prevent them from having children(hidden trait or modifier) and then make an event that creates your character on a specific date. Not that hard.
