how to make rockets fire more accurate?

damn i whanted to blast london with my new 15 V-1 but when i sett str bombing on london it apiered to me that rockets work at the same principe as all planes do and my 14 rockets bombet province near london and only one droped on london... rokets werent so inacurate and even if they so inacurate so why those 14 rocets landed in the same province but not in london? strange...
so is there enything i can do to make my rocets fly more often to that province wich i whant?

There is nothing you can do. You have to wait until they reprogram the entire air mission system. If that will happen or not I do not know.

or you can mass produce 80 V1 rockets only, and then have em all attack east england, and do the same maybe at same time to the west.
