I just started to play this game and i enjoy it like hell!!! much more fun than Crusader Kings :)

I wonder tho how to make leaders. i only got 3 at the time and i need some more. Is it possible to create new leaders or will they appear them selves after few battles?

leaders only appear as they did historically, sometimes countries will have none or 10 it depends on the time ie Napoleonic Wars as France has almost 15 leaders :)

You can add leaders if you want. Just open your save file and look at your country's info until you see something like this:
Code:
    leadertable = {
        historicalleader = {
            id = { type = 6 id = 8950 }
            name = "Govind Singh"
            category = monarch
            rank = 0
            fire = 3
            shock = 3
            siege = 1
            movement = 4
            startdate = { year = 1675 month = january day = 0 }
            deathdate = { year = 1708 month = october day = 7 }
            }

You'll be able to see all your future leaders and their stats. Just add more into the table based on the template and you can add anyone you want. This can of course lessen your enjoyment of the game by added uber-leaders and knowing what leaders are coming up, but that's up to you.

More than having my own leaders, I enjoy killing the enemy leaders :D

Amen.

The Swedes were omitted from the list of countries with boatloads of leaders.
And Portugal gets quite a few explorers and conquistadors.

Every time you split an army or create a new army you will get a generic commander though.

A generic leader is without interest. Historical leaders are better and it's the cause of the thread I think.

I assumed that too - but not being certain I thought it best to err on the side of caution :)

And with some slider moves you can get your generic leaders into 2-3-3 and somewhat useful (or why not load up patch 1.01 and get 2-4-4 generics? ;))

Also if you like, you can open the leaders file for each country (they are in the DB\Leaders file), at th bottom there is usually a list of free ids, you can use them to make up your own leaders, comes in handy if you are playing a small country and keep getting your sieges stolen by allies ;).

Altough you have to manually add them to the savegame too, to have them in an ongoing game. ;)
