How to make a new country? (what a guy won't do for his gf...)

Ok so this is really stupid but if I pull it off, it'll probably get me laid.

My gf is brazilian so she only really paid attention to DD when I invaded the world as Brazil.

For some reason, she got really excited that Brazil controlled Tierra Del Fuego (that big useless island south of argentina) and she asked if she could be queen of tierra Del Fuego. I said sure and she became all happy.

Now I know she'll be really happy if the island can be made into a new country. I would be REALLY grateful if one of you could help me with this.

This is what I need the new country to be like:

-Name is Tierra Del Fuego
-National provinces are the two provinces (I think there are just two) on the Tierra Del Fuego island
-Color of the country is as bright a pink as possible
-Independance guaranteed by Brazil and Canada

Head of State is Alice Carvalho with this picture

Every other member of the government is Mathieu Cousineau with this picture

The actual stats of the government members don't matter since this country will basically do nothing

The Flag is:

If this country could be available in the GC, that would be awesome. It doesn't really matter if it's playable or not. Ressources don't matter too much... as long as the country has enough to survive, it's cool.

I think that's it... did I forget anything?

You can change the 'PA' with any ideology you want, same for the minister traits.


Save thoses as:

MAlice

MCousineau

in the gfx/interface/pics

That should be fine for the ministers, it what im good with. If you follow the guide posted above you should be able to do it easily.

I'll concur on that one, my fiancee absolutely detests this game and EU3, which take up so very much of my free time. We've come to a compromise though (if you can call it that):
I can only play one or the other for an hour and a half each day...or we'll never have sex again...ever.

no I don't think so... I mean I know she is not a fan of the game and definitly doesn't like it when I play for hours on end but once in a blue moon she'll come sit next to me and just look at me play quietly for a few moments. Then she'll ask a few questions or just leave.

But I know she'll love the Tierra Del Fuego thing because every once in a while, usually after a few glasses of wine or beer, she'll start talking in her best spanish accent and randomly blurt out ''I AM THE QUEEN OF TIERRA DEL FUEGO''

Also due to a very busy midsemester and a very thorough raping by my bosses, I have yet to try my hand at modding the game but I will have time next week during my week off so expect some very childish and stupid questions

Fortaleza is wonderful city! Although a bit too violent now. When you go to Fortaleza, don't forget to visit all the beautiful little cities nearby, Ceará is a blessed state.

I'm from Teresina, it's on a neighbour state of Ceará. But I'm living in Brasília now.

Unfortunately I don't know Rio yet, but I know SP, and it's a magnificent city.

And congrats on your girl, we have the best girls in Brazil.

ps. my girl comes watch me playing hearts of iron sometimes too, she likes to make fun of me pretending that she knows how to play, she says click here and send him there (click on a tech team and send him to production screen ).

sorry for lack of updates.

My gf is living in Rio for the moment so I haven't actually seen her since then. Also coupled with a hectic lifestyle, I still didn't have time to start modding.

And the week off that I thought was this week is actually next week (what a bitch to realize that!) so the mass of n00b-ish questions will start very soon.
