How to make a event that fires for every country on the same date?
I tried numerous ways, like
offset=1
or
deathdate that is one day after the start
or
invention = no
or
no trigger
..etc
But the events either triggers for the countries one after one for every few day, or do not fire at all..........

Please give advice..

Make one event. Copy-paste it for each tag. Replace the tags in question. Result a couple of hundred identical event, that will trigger at the same date I think.

You could speed this up by using a standard letter form, where Word simply enters tag and id for you. Remember to save it as plain text though.

I believe the only events that can fire more than once are random events, inventions, and persistent events. None of these will really do what you want. The closest would probably be an invention with a "deathdate" before the start of the game so it would fire fairly quickly once any other conditions were met. An invention can obviously fire more than once but only once per country. A random event is just that: random. A persistent event can fire more than once but it can only trigger once in a game session unless triggered directly by another event. I believe they also still require a country tag like normal events unless triggered directly by another event.

This one of the events i did some months back to boost the DI efficiency of nations.

event = { # For Great Powers.
id = 50000
random = no

trigger = {
civilized = yes
is_GP = yes
}

name = "Diplomacy boost for Great Powers"
desc = "You are a Great Power. This brings great diplomatic rewards!"
style = 0
date = { day = 10 month = january year = 1836}

action_a = {
name = "Great!"
command = { type = diplomatic_efficiency value = 100 }
}
}

This one does fire on January 10th, 1836, for all nations which are classified as Great Powers. Remove the gp requirement in the trigger, and it would fire for all civilized nations.

So the trick is,
1. Not invention
2. No offset nor deathdate
?

P.S. whoa, finally I can get to here. There were some earthquakes around Taiwan, which disconnected some major internet sea cable.
