How to make a Bloodline as Pagan?

So me and my friends are 300 years into a game as pagans. We're both reformed (he's germanic reformed and I'm Suomenusko reformed) and turned feudal recently (he's still tribal). In 300 years of game we never managed to get the ambition to create a bloodline. How can we create bloodlines as pagans? Cause so far I only succeeded in creating bloodlines during my christian games.

What bloodline(s) are you trying to get?
Are you at least a duke?
How much prestige do you have?
Does your character have the trait "content"?
Are you sure you don't have any current (non historical, saint/venerated) bloodlines? For example a bloodline from the warrior lodge's legendary gathering.

If you have at least 5k prestige, you can forge a bloodline through an ambition, if you are a Hero in a warrior lodge you can create a lodge bloodline, if you have certain doctrines and beliefs, you can get those bloodlines added to you.
