how to lower plurality?

so, how do I do that? It seems that my pop are revolting through high plurality...

There are some cultural inventions which lower plurality, (while most of this kind are raising it).

There's no direct way of doing it. Some inventions lower it, it's in the culture tech tree. Other than that you can roll with the punches and go for democracy where plurality is good instead of bad.

The inventions that can decrease plurality depend on your form of govt. If it's a monarchy it goes down, in a democracy they increase it even more.
