My current king is 1 0 2, 20 years old, my heir is 5 5 4, 18 years old. Is there a way to kill him? Sending him on a voyage to the atlantic doesn't seem to work, and the chances of him dying in a battle are insanely low, no?
Deal with your king. Make him a general and pray he dies. Bonus: (there are more chances to die if he is fighting or leading sieges)

Your ruler dying this way will cost 2 stability instead of the normal 1, though.
[funvampire] But that's cheating - it's wrong! [/funvampire]Just open the console and type "kill TAG", without the quotes. If you are England for example, type kill ENG.

You aren't allways meant to have 6 6 6 ruling your nation, sometimes you have to play a game with 0 0 0 after 0 0 0, but being succesful with bad kings are more rewarding then being succesful with great kings.
Many people would say that Eu4 is not a pure strategy game.

Another way is to have -3 Stability to allow an additional event for your King to die by coup from your heir.
