How to kick faction members out.

For the past few days, I have been conquering the world to earn the One Empire achievement. Finally, after millions of lives, I have destroyed everyone, not in my faction. Now, just four countries remain: My glorious Empire of Britain, El Salvador, Venezuela, and Guatemala.

My trouble is that I cannot find a way to kick these countries out of my faction so I can conquer them. I've switched from fascist to communism in hopes they would leave, but after killing billions of people and destroying their cultures, I am strangely loved by the rest of the world.

How can I solve this problem?

It used to be that you only need to have the world under your control or under your faction and you must lead the facion. Sure you didn't miss someone?

Well, I feel embarrassed now! I forgot about Canada. I just conquered them and the achievement unlocked for me. xP

Ah Canada, so peaceful and nice country even the greatest powers forget to fight it

The achievement part was already covered above, but starting with next patch there will be an option to kick faction members. It is not possible right now.
Edit: It also seems that in the endgame everyone wants to be in a faction and will not leave even if their own or the leaders ideology changes. Imperial Japan has no problem being in a faction led by Communist Britain...

This could also be because of threat. IJ seems to leave communist Britain controlling Britain more than communist Britain controlling most of the world. I think it is a combination of both...
