How to install game??

OS/X 10.10.3

I purchased Cities: Skylines Deluxe (order #100011892) and received an email with product key. I followed the instructions in the email:

1. I logged into my Steam account
2. I clicked the “Games” menu and choose “Add Product On Steam”.
3. I typed the product key above

The game was "added" to Steam but there is nowhere to actually click and play it. Nothing was downloaded. Nothing was installed. How do I actually download and install the product?

I rebooted, restarting Steam. The product is not listed in my Steam Library. When I do steps 1-3 above again, I get an error message:

"Product already owned. This Steam account already owns the product(s) associated with this activation code. Click next to proceed to installation" -- BUT THERE IS NO "NEXT" BUTTON! Only "Finish".

How do I install?

You have successfully activated the game in Steam, which automatically adds the game to your library. I have no explanation why it does not appear in your Steam library to be available for installation though (nothing gets downloaded or installed until you hit the INSTALL button).

Do you have any other Steam games? Is anything listed under Games in your Steam client?
Maybe a screenshot of your entire Steam client will clarify things.

Possibly your parental settings are on. Try clicking on the green head near the top right. The game may need to be added to be allowed on the account with parental restrictions on.

Your library seems to be filtered to show only your recently used games. If you click on Recent (just beneath Library at the top) it should show a pop-up menu where you'll be able to select Games and see all of the games registered to your Steam account.
