How to increase money with CTRL

First time here, so sorry if it's the wrong place for my request...

I need to know where to change the parameter that increases during diplomatic actions the money you add to your deal. without CTRL it increases by 100, with CTRL it increases by 1000 (which is still a small amount in my opinion, as most of diplomatic deals request some millions to get a chance of at least 80%...)

Is there a way to modify it for example from 1000 to 100000?

Try the SHIFT button, then try the combination of SHIFT and CTRL. IIRC those may be what you're looking for.
