I've purchased hoi4, together for victory, and death or disonor at the same time, it says nive ordered it for 22 euros but where to i download them? Up to this point i've been using the xbox game pass for hoi4 so i have the launcher, but how do i install the dlcs ive purchased?

Not sure with the XBox launcher (is it even different from the Paradox and/or Steam one?), but it should be automatic. With the Paradox launcher there should be a tab for DLCs that allows you to choose which DLC to enable/disable.
