I just took Antioch after a bloody war but I'm clueless on how I am to get rid of the local ruler and get a Patriarch. Do I just give it to an Orthodox priest?:unsure:

He'll become a patriarch if he's orthodox. If he's your direct vassal just demand he convert, if he's not a direct vassal revoke the county and make him one.
