How to get the PU over Bohemia as Brandenburg consistently?

I'm currently trying to get that coveted PU over Bohemia in a Brandenburg game, but I just don't seem able to pull it off. So far, I have indentified these conditions which must be met to even have a chance:

1. Bohemia not directly going to z Podebrad (obviously)
2. Bohemia not marrying/allying Lithuania (leads to a Jagiellon on the throne)
3. Bohemia rivalling both Poland and Austria and/or being rivaled by them (Austria won't join otherwise it seems, Poland might get allied by them)
4. Poland/Austria not doing stupid things until the war gets started, like indebting themselves or starting their own wars
5. the usual RNG with generals and combat

After several dozen tries I still wasn't able to sucessfully get the PU, including one case where Bohemia+Saxony+Thuringia simply crushed me and Poland. Is there any more reliable way?

Yeah, they've made it harder than it used to be. I got Bohemia and Poland into PU's consistently in 1.6, sorry I don't have better advice for you.
