Im the US and am trying to get the Land Doctrine tech "Mobility Focus". Whats the pre-req for this? I have the blueprint.

There are 2 separate branches of the Land Doctrine tree: Firepower Focus and Mobility Focus. You can only research along one of those branches. The USA (and most other countries) start out on the Firepower Focus branch. In order to research Mobility Focus you will have to Abandon all of you existing Land Doctrines and start over on the Mobility Focus branch.
