How to get rid of Criminals on the Planet?

Two paths:
Deal with crime lords and wait it over.
Build enforcess and anti crime campaign.
You could also make a deal, build enforcers building or happiness buildings and then break the deal and start anti crime.

That means I just need to live with them for nearly 200 years until Colossus is born

Or you could conquer their planets and enslave their population? You can also declare war on them to specifically remove their bases from your empire. If you don't want to go full evil overlord on everyone then just make sure your crime is at or near 0%. Eventually an event will fire that gets rid of the branch office.

Don't forget to activate the negotiate with crime lords decision before getting rid of crime though.
It gives +10stability and can remain active even after crime is gone.

There can be no negotiation with xenos.
