I still am not convinced you need to reroll. I don't think I've ever not reelected a boosted ruler. In the long run say if you had 5 6-times reelected rulers instead of 6 5-times reelected you earn 5*48=190 additional MP. Isn't the average ruler death time to be around 80? You will able to get an average of 12 reelections for your dictators, it's huge!
