Can someone explain how I can get this please? I am trying but it tells me I need 9 units to siege crimea's capital.

And it's 35 days per siege tick, how to get it from -21% to occupies in just 4 months? I want to know please since I am new

It'a clearly edited. You can ask your allies to attach to your army to bolster its numbers, and together you could have the necessary troops. Then if he had enough ships he could've used naval barrage to get a wall breach and speed up the siege to finish in 4 months.

He didn't barrage and assault because he has more manpower after the siege is over than before....and you can tell from the mana trickle too...
Barrage and assault are two different actions. If he barraged and one of the stacks(*) had some siege pips and otherwise he just sat on the fort, taking it in 4 months seems plausible. Even without barrage, 4 months might be possible with 2-3 siege pips and really lucky RNG (eg. getting a breach for free on the first siege tick).

Alternatively, if you're really cold-blooded, you could barrage, pause, detach all but 1 unit from your army, start your detached units moving away, click assault, and unpause. This way, you lose at most 1k men - your allies bear the brunt of the losses.

EDIT: Alternatively again, you could use mercs for the assault. The losses would come from the merc manpower pool, not your own.

(*) One of the advantages of attaching ally armies to your own is you get to use their generals if they are better.

Given that someone, possibly a mod, already edited it out, I'm not sure we should say in public. I'll PM you a link.
Thank you for the link.

There are 9 regiments in the video. 3 from Circassia and 6 from Theodoro.

That siege is lucky, but it doesn't seem too unusual. The siege has been going on for more than half a year when it is shown with -21% on Jan 20th 1447(since May 1446). On Feb 1st 1447 the next siege tick is about to happen and on June 17th, the siege has just ended. This leaves time for at least 4 siege ticks(it could be more, because we never see the time of a siege tick, so Circassia which seems to be the siege leader could have siege ability from an event or crimea could have lost fort defense). If 2 of the siege ticks were supply shortage (+1 siege status) and one was food shortage (+2), the chance to win the siege would be 7% and it could be won on the 4th siege tick. If the siege rolls were better, the chance on the 4th tick would be even higher.

I haven't seen the video but there is one rule
"If a sieging army wins a battle on a province where they're sieging, an immediate bonus siege tick is triggered. This does not reset the ticking down for the next siege
tick. "
Sometimes armies retreat to the province under siege and can add ticks.

It is possible to abuse it when rebels are sieging high level fort of your enemy - you send small armies that makes the siege faster and at the end you defeat rebels when the siege is almost complete.
