I can't load a save because it's using certain mods. I have 15 mods but only used 10 on this save. How can I find out what combination of mods the save is reliant on, so that I can continue this campaign ?

I know the mods are working because they're updated and fine in the launcher, and the 15 total mods all run fine enabled together on a new campaign.

Thanks.

Some saves can be opened directly by a text editor, and then you can check enabled_mods directly.

But some just can't, I guess only those saved in debug or develop mode can be edited directly.

Then for those saves that can't be edited directly. You can use a software like 7zip to extract a binary file called "gamestate". There's a lot of garbled code, but you can still find what mod was used at the second or the third line.
