Hi guys,

I have the following issue:

I built up my rogue servitor empire for about 100 years and now I wanted to start to pacify the organics (grand admiral).

I dont have the total war cb yet, so I claimed 5 strategically important systems from a neigbouring empire, with which i had a nap before. They are allyed with several other empires, i destroyed the fleet and i conquered several systems, including the homeworld. They are also in conflict with some other guys.

Now my problems:

1) They only have 20 WE (i have 15 lol, while completly dominating them). Do i really have to conquer all of the allys to make them peace out?
2) One other empire conquered some of the claimed systems, but is for some reason losing the war against them (they have higher WE). So it will take decades until they will peace out and i can claim what is rightfully mine!

Is there any trick to quickly end such wars? The whole galaxy is allied to anyone, so i would have to conquer 30 planets just to take 4 claims systems every time? In a huge galaxy?

Is the only solution to wait for the collossus?

If you're using the conquest CB, you can get the same results with a status quo peace as with a full surrender, so long as you occupy all the territory you've claimed (including any planets) and the enemy hasn't occupied any of your territory that they have claimed.

And since a Status Quo peace will work for you, you don't need to actually conquer the allies. Just beat them up until you run up their WE.

Point 2 is more troublesome. There's no really good way to get the interfering empire to lose faster.

One important thing: Don't mistake having higher WE with losing the war. WE is not some kind of warscore, just a measure for when an empire can be forced to accept status quo. If an empire blitzes their enemy and occupies all their claims, but takes enough casualties in the process that they reach 100% WE and are forced into status quo peace, they have still "won" the war.

In your specific case that means the third empire occupying on of your claims will almost definitely take it in a status quo peace, unless your enemy takes it back.
