I am one of the many people who decided to get back into the game with the 2.0 Marius update. I only played a Roman campaign before losing interest back at release. The menu says the easiest start is Egypt, so I have decided to begin as them to ease myself back in. My first campaign I allied Macedonia and pounced right on Antigony with their help using the Legacy of Alexander CB it went well until it really, really poorly. What is a better opening strategy as Egypt? Is there a better country to start as for the uninitiated?
