How to edit province control in savegame file?

Hi! I'm trying to edit the savegame file to change the control of some provinces. I erase the provinces ID from "controlled" group in one country and then I include these provinces ID in the "controlled" group of the country I want control them. But the game crashes Anyone can help me about this?

1) Backup you savegame file.
2) Open and search for Germany's section. (TAG = GER until you get the one after country =)
3) Search for the list of owned provinces (ownedprovinces =)
4) Add Stip (414), Skopje (413), Edessa (412) and Kavala (410) from both the list of Controlledprovinces and Ownedprovinces.
5) Go to the Bulgaria section (TAG = BUL)
6) Go to the list of ownedprovinces
7) Remove those provinces from both the Owned and Controlled lists.
