How to do "Second Time's the Charm"?

I always get bogged down in Belgium . Certain achievements I play way below my skill level and I have no idea why. This is one of them, I play like an incompetent two year old. I build 10/0 infantry with support artillery/engineers/field hospitals(sometimes I try 6/2/2 inf/art/aa with just engys and hospitals), and start building fighters and CAS from the start. I tend to delete my entire army save one of the mountaineers for training purposes(even with the nerf, it is still a better option because of the equipment shortage). I also concentrate as much as possible on getting my industry up to snuff.

I'm wondering if maybe I should put more of my industry on tanks/motorized, and use the DLM/CAS as much as possible and leave my infantry alone as much as I can.

It's cheesy, but I got this achievement by following the wiki advice.

Go for the "Avenge Waterloo" focus so you can declare war on the UK while they are at war with Germany. Germany should invite you to the Axis soon afterward. With Germany on your side, you can clean up the Benelux together, then naval invade the UK to end World War II in 1939.

Stay in the Axis after the war ends, then wait until Germany starts down their focus path to attack the USSR. Start justifying a wargoal on the Soviets, and move your armies to the Eastern border. If Germany gets to Moscow first, ask them for control of that state. If you already control lots of Soviet states, give control of 2-3 of them to Germany, and eventually they will let you have control of Moscow.
