how to do Balkan Problem solved

I have been trying to do it for the past few hours and have to end up restarting. I'm trying to influence with spies. instability and propaganda decisions but either A. it takes a while for a Balkan state even though there past 60% communisms B. the communism boast wears down making it even slower to boast C. the AI still does its the historical focuses even though there now communist(Romania appoints Pro axis government rather then pro communist). do I have to appoint 3 of my 4 spies to boasting communism? I just don't know. side note: I've been grinding at it because I found out before 1.10.2 you just could do the focus and get the achievement. I did get One Nation Under Atatürk, Indivisible before the patch and in the patch notes It did say you do keep it but it didn't say you keep Balkan Problem solved, can anyone attest to if you do or not keep it?

I got the "Balkan Problem Solved" achievement on Nov 2nd the cheezy way, by just completing the Unification of the Balkans focus with Yugoslavia in my faction.

According to my Steam profile, I am still credited with the achievement as of a few minutes ago, so yes, I think you get to keep the achievement if you already earned it on a previous patch.

thank you. but you see, I wasn't able to cheese it in time so I am asking how to do it since some countries aren't flipping in time so I am in a deadlock, refer to my first couple sentences at the beginning of this thread.
