Play Ironman or rip out the "`" key from your keyboard.

They should add an option in the start-up pop-up window that let's you disable cheats (probably just making the "`" key no longer do anything in game). This is how it work's in mount and blade. I would like an option to be unable to cheat out of ironman, as some mods are not ironman compatible .

It's ironman or nothing. A tinman mode (ironman with mods, configurable settings and no achievements) has been proposed many times, but so far, no luck.

I heard that before; does anyone know how?

I really want to disable that console commands and we want an Ironman mode compatible with mods, no achievements.
The only way to disable cheats is to play ironman. There is no other way, sorry.

Well you're not helping either. Give some more details ... like ... the reason ? ... One of the easiest solutions would be to write a simple script that changes the function of the "`" key.

You could try self-restraint; I've heard that works well.

+1

Pandering to peoples lack of self-restraint is one of the reasons the options of playing the game have more or less been stripped down to

- Declare war.
- Make peace.
- Wait for AE/OE to run down.
