how to differentiate people's jobs?

what i mean is. sometimes, i give someone a castle, and i see i get a negative bonus in the form of "wrong holding" bonus. so I guess what i mean is:

how can i tell if this guy is a feudal/noble/castle wanter

OR

a city guy

OR

a priest [these are often most easily distinguished but i was cheated twice, so i just want to be sure]

Look at his titles? By the way, you only get the wrong type of holding modifier if you yourself hold a city or a bishopric.

I would either right click the holding and let a random guy take over, or if I should pick myself I look at their education - a man with a clerical education should be bishop, a man with a martial education should be baron, and a man with a diplomatic, steward or intrigues education should be a mayor... At least that is what I think, not saying that this is the correct answer...
