Hi their everyone, does anyone know of a step by step tutorial that teaches you how to get into the flag folder or etc. Cause I noticed their was a website dedicated to those who had design flags for HOI 2 game. In which I must say looks very cool. So I wanted to try my luck out and see what kind of flag I can get out off from working on one.
