For my mod, I basically don't need the 1861 scenario, so essentially how can I get rid of it and also any potential data that leads to it.
How to delete the 1861 scenario for a mod

Look in common/bookmarks.txt, delete it there, and any other references in provinces, POPs, and country history files.
