I've got the problem that I mixed up the U-numbers for a selfmade country (U08 and U10)
now that I've fixed one the certain country (U10) is playable and works, but the old tag (U08) is still "alive" and you can liberate this rudimentary nation.
I already deleted the inc files in the scenario folders and removed the entry in the revolt.txt, the names were also cancelled in the worldnames file
but the nation is still there...
how can i fix this? :(

The issue is quite possibly in the revolt.txt if you say you have deleted the info in the INC files.
