Hello,

im new to Darkest Hour but played Hoi2 quite a while. I try to get used to the mechanics of DH and have a question:

Even when i push the interventionism slider to maximum left, the target country still need at least 1 Aggression. Is it possible to raise the Aggression of a foreign country? If yes, how can i do that? Or is there any other way to declare war?

Yeah, a dictatorship can declare war on whoever they want, whenever they want. Most democracies will need the target to have some level of belligerence first. This isn't always true though, depending on your leadership.

I know back in HoI2 you could declare war on anyone if you had full interventionism and Harry Truman was president, though I forget what his trait was.
