How to create client states, and army and navy templates

Howdy chaps. I've just installed Res Publica and Art of War, and started up as GB and then Austria in 1792 to look at a couple of new features.


The wiki states "the button to create or add a province to a client state can be found by clicking on a province, and then clicking on the button below information about province autonomy." I've clicked on various provinces, connected by land to my capital, but the only button in the area described is about joining/leaving the HRE.

Similarly, where do I find the army builder? I also can't see how to mothball fleets.

Client states unlock at DIP 22, the icon is next to the HRE icon and the province must be on your home continent. Army/navy templates are in the macro build interface. Mothballing is the lower left anchor icon on the fleet interface.

I've just realised there was a problem with my steam activation code - I though I had installed AoW when I hadn't. All sorted now, thanks though.
