How to create a port?

Hello slavetraders ,
provinces needs to be directly autorised in the code to be allowed to build a port building.

How do I do that in a province without the abilety to build a port?

I did it, I did it!!!

there is the mapdata/ports.csv folder in the more navigatle river mod where you need to not only write the province id down but also the next see tile and the x,y coordinates.



I cant really say where it is without the mod supposed to be because all folders are to difficult to find for me



but now i have my port
