To create a flag, company logos, and bank logos you will need to edit dds files. I use Adobe Photoshop with nVidia dds plugin.
I will probably start working on a detailed tutorial soon, but it will take some time to finish.
It's Passover, we have one and a half weeks holiday, so I have some spare time...
