How to combat SOV air in SOV terrain as GER ?

So i have capured Moscow and a bunch of other stuff and im at approx 60 % of 75 % surrender progress.
Unfortunally, im constantly getting ground attacked by what seems to be like 3 or 4 double-flights of TAC. They arent hurting at all, but they are annoying as ****.
I cant redeploy my INT to the front because of ORG-penalty and i dont feel like randomly deploying AA brigades.
My own INT are state of the art (all 5/6), but apparently that doesnt help me one bit.

Capturing airfields doesnt help either, because there is alwys the next one
What can you do about it ?


Also, can i suppose request my japanese friends to invade SOV ?

Need to build FTRs (Multi roles) for the eastern front, they have a bigger range.

You've got a "call ally" option in diplomacy, select Japan and click "call ally". But it's not 100% sure they will join.

What can you do about it ?

try to bomb airfields with TAC, but far in the east there is less airfields, so launch fast divisions to capture airfields or focus on the last 15% for SU surrender and forget about the bombers.
