How to change to window mode?

Hi,
I know it is in the settings.txt, but it does not seem to work. The settings made in-game like autosave isn't changed either in the settings file in the Victoria 2 folder.
Got all the dlc, so perhaps I need to change another settings file under heart of darkness?
Seem to remember it was something like this with hoi3? But can't find a folder for the HOD?

Got the steam version if that changes anything.

For the regular version of the game settings are stored in:
USERNAME\MyDocuments\Paradox Interactive\Victoria II\settings.txt
Shouldn't be different for the steam version.

Try to manually open the file and change the line:

fullScreen=yes

to

fullScreen=no


You can change:

size=
{
x=1440
y=900
}

to change the default window size.
