How to change the campaign?

First I want to say : What a great game
Second I want to say that this is my first post, and I am not sure if this is the right place

But I want to change the campaign so I can play from 1936 - forever ( or year 9999 )
Is this possible? And how?
I remember I did it in Arsenal of democracy
