How to change game Version from Russia (1016)

Hello, Just wanted a bit of help. Basically i cannot join any of my friends game as i have a different version (No mods enabled) I've realised when i start up the game it reads V1.2.20 Russia (1016) Whereas all my friends have V1.2.20 Russia (7645) how can i get onto the same version of the game?
