How to change country names?

How do i change the name of a country?

PS: Not the country tag.
Modding.
Go to the localisation folder and pick the file with the country's name (probably on "countries_|_english" or in "text_|_english")
i.e. in text_|_english I changed " BYZ: "Byzantium"" to "BYZ: "Eastern Roman Empire"".
