How to cause a machine uprising with console?

All the information I can find on google is terribly outdated, how can I make a machine uprising happen? Preferably through console, I wanna wreak havoc on an AI empire and see how what I can do with this mod I have that allows megacorp to invest in gestalt consciousness planets.

Literally no machine empires spawned in this game. How can I use console to make this event happen to an AI empire.

I know I can use event unrest.4200 to cause an meatbag rebellion.

will the machine empires have populations or will they instantly be destroyed once they finish purging organics?

i ask because if you use unrest.4200 on a machine empire planet without organic pops, an empire will spawn but won't have any organics created, so once they finish with the purge, the planet has no pops left and their empire is destroyed.

I don't know about unrest.4200 but it sounds like creating rebels instead of machine uprise. I won't be surprised by the errorneous behavior if that is the case. syndaw.1000 is the proper trigger for sythetic uprising. Sythetic uprising is a totally different mechanism and it is utterly unrelated to rebellion caused by crime/unrest/low stability.
