I don't get how to build a hospital. I've looked in my various holdings and can't find it as an option to upgrade or build. I'm feudal as England's king.

I feel embarrassed, as I'm a veteran CK2 player, but I can't find where to build a hospital either.
When I click on a posible site it still gives me the three traditional options (Fort, Castle and Temple), so I know I'm missing something very obvious I just can't find out.
Help, please.

On the province viev in upper right corrner, there is a golden triangle on blue bacground button. Click on it, at it reveals the options to build fort, trade post and hospital.
That's city, castle or temple.
To the right you can build an hospital, a fort and a trade post.

It'd be nice if clicking the hospital level icon in the main window opened the tab too.
