How to boost my FPS???

Hello,

My computer runs skylines around 9 FPS, which is not ideal. I have an MSI Apache gaming laptop that can run
most games on high settings. The laptop has a Intel core i7 4700 @ 2.4 GHz, which i think is the reason for the low frame
rate because it doesn't meet minimum specs. Other then that my laptop meets all specifications.

Is there a way to increase the frame rate? I have turned all the setting down or off in the game.

Welcome to the forum
My guess is that your using your integrated gpu and not your dedicated gpu.
Can you please post devinfo.txt from the CSL main folder.

Thanks, you were right! It now runs at 30 FPS on high settings!!

There's a mod called Dynamic Resolution that may help. I know it gave me an fps boost. You can see it here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=406629464
